Use of the site

You can access the content and contact us to evaluate a service. However, you must not use the site to introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, send false data from third parties, or interfere with its operation. Browsing the site does not grant access to private systems or a license for the software presented.

Scope of this vertical.

Each vertical and product has its own scope and availability. A link within the ecosystem doesn’t mean that all modules are included in a single agreement; the proposal identifies the benefits and the corresponding counterpart.

Consultation, proposal, and contract.

The form records a request for contact – it does not involve a payment, purchase, reservation, or automatic acceptance of a contract. Before entering into an agreement, the proposal must identify the provider, the services offered, the total price and currency, applicable taxes and fees, method of payment, deadlines, support details, and termination conditions. In software, it must specify modules, users, hosting, and data processing, as well as data export or return according to the service.

The terms regarding cancellation, withdrawal, return, and guarantees must be disclosed before accepting or paying. This text does not exclude consumer legal rights, nor does it allow for unilateral modification of an already accepted contract. Any expressly agreed-upon offers and commitments must be honored.
