Legal Notice (Imprint)

Last updated: October 10, 2026

1. About this document

This notice identifies DITAP SpA as website operator and contracting entity. The information lets you identify the provider before contracting. The company’s location does not exclude applicable mandatory data protection or consumer rules.

2. Contracting entity

Every DITAP proposal, contract and invoice is issued by a single entity:

  • Registered name: DITAP SpA
  • Tax ID (RUT): 78.532.132-4
  • Registered address: Esmeralda 671, Puerto Natales, Región de Magallanes y de la Antártica Chilena, Chile
  • Trading name: DITAP
  • Website: ditap.io
  • Contact: hola@ditap.io · +39 345 243 5103
  • Founder: Jhonatan Matias
  • It is the same entity for clients in any country. Should DITAP incorporate local companies in the future, each will be identified in its own section of this document and in the relevant proposal, contract or invoice; until then, the contracting entity is the one above in every case.

    3. Operational presence

DITAP delivers services in Argentina, Chile and Italy. Operational presence means technical staff and the ability to intervene on the ground — it does not imply a local company.

Argentina — Operating address: España 540, Comodoro Rivadavia, Chubut Province (ZIP 9000).

    Italy — Commercial and technical presence. Local contact: +39 345 243 5103.

Chile — Registered address and seat of the contracting entity (see section 2).

In Argentina and Italy there is no incorporated company and no local tax registration, so the addresses listed are operating addresses, not registered offices. Invoicing for those services is issued from Chile by the entity in section 2. If your procurement process requires an invoice from a local entity, email us at hola@ditap.io before proceeding and we'll tell you straight whether we can.

    4. Online dispute resolution (EU)

Send enquiries and complaints to hola@ditap.io or +39 345 243 5103, without limiting access to competent authorities or courts. The former EU ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025. EU consumers can find alternative dispute resolution bodies at [the European Commission portal](https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies).
