DITAP sends two types of email. Here's how to manage each one today, without relying on a form.
Newsletter (commercial)
Product updates, technical content, and occasional offers. Only sent if you opted in voluntarily (for example, by downloading the ebook or filling out the newsletter form).
How to manage it
Every send includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. You can also email hola@ditap.io with the subject "Unsubscribe newsletter" and we'll process it within 10 business days.
Operational and transactional notices
Contact form confirmations, delivery of a purchased ebook, receipts, and incident or maintenance notifications if you're a managed service customer. These aren't marketing — they're tied to an action you took or to delivering the contracted service.
How to manage it
These don't have an unsubscribe link because they're necessary to complete what you requested or to operate the service. If you think you're receiving one by mistake, or want to change which address receives them, email hola@ditap.io.
Unsubscribing from the newsletter is immediate and involves no one: the link in the email removes you instantly, and your mail client can do it straight from the inbox. The remaining emails are transactional and handled over email because they're tied to something you asked for.
What's missing is granular control: choosing which content you get rather than being in or out. Today the opt-out is total and effective; granularity arrives once there's more than one list worth separating.
Email hola@ditap.io and we'll confirm exactly which lists your address is on.
