Use and purchase terms

Last updated: October 10, 2026

1. Company and scope

DITAP SpA · RUT 78.532.132-4 · Esmeralda 671, Puerto Natales, Chile · hola@ditap.io · +39 345 243 5103

These terms govern website use and contracts with DITAP. Browsing does not purchase a service. The accepted proposal or order confirmation identifies the contracted scope and price. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over conflicting clauses.

2. Proposals, price and confirmation

Before purchase, the offer must identify features, availability, deliverables, total price, currency, taxes and charges, payment method, delivery or activation time and duration. Software offers must also identify included users, limits, renewal and termination terms. Website use alone does not create automatic renewal. Enquiries and demo requests create no purchase obligation. Keep the accepted proposal and order confirmation.

3. Services, software and support

The contract defines implementation, licences, training, support channels and hours. It does not imply 24/7 service or an unspecified availability commitment. Access, backups, recovery, export and deletion must be defined for the product before uploading data. Management features do not replace healthcare, legal or financial professional decisions. A demonstration does not establish that every module is commercially available.

4. Digital content and delivery

For ebooks and other digital content, the listing and confirmation must identify format, content, price and delivery method. The licence permits the use specified in the purchase and does not transfer copyright. If payment is confirmed but access is missing, contact hola@ditap.io with the order reference, without full card details. Delivery failures or defective content remain subject to applicable statutory remedies.

5. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

Request cancellation or exercise applicable withdrawal rights at hola@ditap.io, identifying your order and reply contact. Chilean consumers generally have 10 days to withdraw from distance purchases, subject to statutory rules for the product or service and its performance. EU consumers generally have 14 days for distance contracts. Exceptions for digital content or services already started apply only when all legal requirements are met, including information, request or consent and express acknowledgment where required. Acceptance of these terms alone does not waive withdrawal. There is no blanket no-refund rule for software or ebooks. Applicable warranties, refunds and statutory deadlines are respected; written agreements also apply to business purchases.

6. Permitted use and liability

Unauthorised access, interference, malware and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited. Measures against misuse must be proportionate and do not remove acquired rights. DITAP is accountable under its contract and applicable law: these terms do not exclude liability for wilful misconduct, negligence or non-excludable duties, or remove warranties and consumer rights. External providers do not remove DITAP’s obligations to customers.

7. Complaints, law and changes

Enquiries, support requests and complaints: hola@ditap.io or +39 345 243 5103. Include the reference and a description without sensitive data. You may approach competent authorities or courts directly; prior contact is not a waiver or a condition limiting your rights. Agreed law and jurisdiction do not displace mandatory residence-based protections where applicable. Dated updates do not retroactively change accepted orders or contracts.

PEOPLE, PROCESS AND SUPPORT

Alongside you, before, during and after.

A clear first conversation. A written proposal. Next steps agreed together.

  1. Before: understand and define

We discuss your needs and set out objectives, deliverables, timelines and costs in the proposal.

  2. During: coordinate the work

We agree on responsibilities, stages and the information needed to move forward. Launch and training are defined for each project.

  3. After: know what comes next

We agree on support channels, hours and scope so you know whom to contact.

Answers before you decide.

What will I receive before signing?

A written proposal with scope, deliverables, stages, pricing and terms, including any additional services you choose.

How is support organized?

We define contact channels, hours and support scope in the proposal, so you know what is included and how to request help.

What happens to my organization’s information?

We review what information is needed, who can access it and how it is shared. For software systems, we also agree on backup, retention and export conditions.
