DITAP Team

Real infrastructure, no layers of bureaucracy.

We're a distributed team across Argentina, Chile, and Italy. We work in direct contact with the clients who use what we build, on a modern stack, without seven layers of management in between.

How we work

Distributed team

We operate across Argentina, Chile, and Italy. Remote work isn't a perk — it's how the company has been built from day one.

Direct client contact

No layers between you and the client using the network, server, or system you built. You'll talk directly to the people running the hotel, the clinic, or the plant.

Modern stack

pfSense and MikroTik for networking, Grafana for monitoring, Starlink and WiFiAtlas for connectivity, automation with n8n. Tools we chose because they work, not because they're trendy.

AI agents as teammates

DITAP is an AI-native company: a fleet of AI agents handles the repetitive work — monitoring, documentation, triage, reporting — so people can focus on designing, deciding, and being in front of the client. You'll work with the most advanced AI tooling on the market, not fight spreadsheets.

Real ownership

Here each person owns what they build end to end — from design to the moment the client runs it in production. No layers of bureaucracy in between.

Open positions

No open positions right now

We're not actively hiring at the moment, but if your background is in infrastructure, networking, cloud, security, or automation — and you like the idea of a distributed team with direct client contact — send us your CV. We'll keep it on file and reach out when a relevant position opens.

PEOPLE, PROCESS AND SUPPORT

Alongside you, before, during and after.

A clear first conversation. A written proposal. Next steps agreed together.

  1. Before: understand and define

We discuss your needs and set out objectives, deliverables, timelines and costs in the proposal.

  2. During: coordinate the work

We agree on responsibilities, stages and the information needed to move forward. Launch and training are defined for each project.

  3. After: know what comes next

We agree on support channels, hours and scope so you know whom to contact.

Answers before you decide.

What will I receive before signing?

A written proposal with scope, deliverables, stages, pricing and terms, including any additional services you choose.

How is support organized?

We define contact channels, hours and support scope in the proposal, so you know what is included and how to request help.

What happens to my organization’s information?

We review what information is needed, who can access it and how it is shared. For software systems, we also agree on backup, retention and export conditions.
