Downtime doesn't just stop the operation — it keeps billing you even when nobody's invoicing. Four inputs, one number: what your downtime costs today, and how much changes with managed uptime.

if you reach 99.9% uptime
Every extra 'nine' of uptime drastically cuts the downtime allowed per month — and with it, the cost.
| Downtime allowed/month | Estimated cost/month | |
|---|---|---|
| Your operation today | 6.0 h | €4,200 |
| 99% | 7.30 h | €5,110 |
| 99.9% | 0.73 h | €511 |
| 99.99% | 0.07 h | €51 |
How this is calculated
A calendar month has 730 hours on average. Cost per hour of downtime is calculated as affected staff × hourly cost, plus the revenue you lose during that time. Uptime tiers (99%, 99.9%, 99.99%) are industry standards, not a contractual promise from DITAP: they show how much downtime each tier allows and what that would cost at your current operation's pace.
In 45 minutes we review where your single point of failure sits and which uptime tier actually makes sense for your operation — not the highest possible, the right one.
